She is survived by: her children, Jody (Chad Van Regenmorter) of Inwood, Harly Jeltema of Orange City, Tammy (Cory Groen) of Little Rock and Heath Jeltema of Orange City; her granddaughter Rebecca (Blake Roetman); her children, Emily Van Regenmorter, Aftin, Cade and Avery Groen; her brother Arlyn (Elaine Beltman); her sister-in-law Doris Beltman; her siblings, Wes (Teresa Jeltema), Pam (Rob Van Riessen) and Lyle (Karen Jeltema); and also Alice "Nupe" Jeltema. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
