He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Eileen Oliver; his children, Jan (Dan Berg) and Tim (Lori Zeutenhorst); his grandchildren, Nicole (Scott Carver) of Kodiak, Ala, Lindsey (Adam Van Conant) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tyler Zeutenhorst (Rachel) of Orange City and Anna Zeutenhorst of Elkhorn, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Carver, Matthew Carver and Isaac Zeutenhorst; and his close friend June Vanden Berge of Orange City.
