It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Junior Oldenkamp of Orange City, Iowa, born in Hospers, Iowa, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Oldenkamp and Fannie Oldenkamp (Verdoorn); his brothers, Luke Oldenkamp, James Oldenkamp and Harry Oldenkamp; and his brother-in-law George Dykstra.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Dykstra; his son Doug (Carolyn Oldenkamp) of Corning; his siblings, Gilbert Oldenkamp of Squim, Washington and Jan (Alvin Kyhl) of Mesa, Arizona; and also, Darlene Oldenkamp of Leeds and Shirley Dykstra of St. Paul, Minnesota.. He is also survived by his wife of more than 69 years; two daughters.
