He is survived by: his parents, John Dykstra and Gertrude Dykstra (Vander Mei); his spouses, Lornetta Lehrman and Jean Lehrman; his children, Thomas M., Jerry R., Ronald J. and Pamela S.; and his sister Gertrude Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
