She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal J. Rozeboom and Wilhelmina Rozeboom (Cleveringa); her husband Harry Van Voorst; her sister Allene Van (Elmer); her brother-in-law Bill De Groot; and also, Jake Van Voorst (Jennie), John Van Voorst (Greta), Henry Van Voorst (Gert), Gert Hoogendoorn (Merrit), Sam Van Voorst (Eva), Bill Van Voorst (Alice), Marie Vander Stouwe (Henry), Maurice Van Voorst (Lucy), Henrietta Vonk, Jim Van Voorst (Greta) and Jeanette Vanden Top (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Harlan, Eunice Van Voorst of Packwood, Janice, Jim Miller of Kalona, Dr. Conrad, Jeanne Van Voorst of Rochester, Mike, Myra Van Voorst of Annandale, Minnesota, Randy, Mona Van Voorst of Sioux Center, Jerry, Sheila Van Voorst of Ankeny, Diane of Orange City, Ron Koele of Orange City, Wes of Orange City and Pam Van Voorst of Orange City; her grandchildren, Dr. Tami Gudenkauf (Steve), Kari Statler (Jeremy), Kelly Nugteren, Michael Van Voorst (Myndi), Jamey Miller, Corey Van Voorst, Brad Van Voorst (Lindsay), Jill Standafer (Peter), Andy Van Voorst (Evie Ann), Rick Van Voorst (Jessica), Ryan Van Voorst (Cinda), Cresta Zwart (David), Jared Van Voorst (Dani), Emily Davis (Kevin), Andrea Wrather (Matthew), Nicole Sechser (Jerome), Natalie Rounds (B. J.), Jenna Van Es (Josh), Whitney Koele, Kristin Haan (Mark), Katie Wenell (Kyle) and Megan Huisman (Logan); her siblings, Joyce De Groot and Willis Rozeboom (Karen); and her brother-in-law George Vonk (Kris). She is also survived by 48 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Orange City Area Health System or the Trinity Reformed Church building fund.
