He is survived by: his parent James Jeltema; his spouse Karen Agnes Beltman; his significant other Greg; his children, Jody, Chad Van Regenmorter of Inwood, Harly Jeltema of Paullina, Tammy, Cory Groen of Little Rock, Heath Jeltema and Karmin of Granville; his grandchildren, Rebecca Regenmorter, Emily Van Regenmorter, Aftin, Cade and Avery Groen; his mother Alice "Nupe" Jeltema of Orange City; his sister Wes Jeltema; his sister-in-law Arlyn Beltman; and also, Teresa, Pam, Rob Van Riessen, Lyle Jeltema, Karen, Gladys Beltman, Elaine, John Peuse, Helen and Doris Beltman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
