She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer T. Guse and Irene O. Guse (Zeunert); her husband Worth R. Deets (Dick); her siblings, Barbara and Paul; her brother-in-law William (Jacqueline Deets); and her nephews, John Deets and Frank Deets.
She is survived by: her brother Robert "Bob" Guse (Marcia) of Cedarburg; her sister-in-law Eileen Guse of Durham; her daughters, Pamela "Pam" Deets, Jennifer Steele, Valerie Pace (David), Erica McAlpine (Rob) and Belinda Jones (Shane); and her grandchildren, Whitney Sobek, Ryan Deets, Tyler Steele (Nicole), Rachel Pace (Robert Nugent), Aaron Steele, Kyle McAlpine, Austin McAlpine, Sarah Pace, Eddie Deets and Noah Jones.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be given to the Orange City Arts Council and the Alzheimer's Association.
