He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jongerius and Christine Jongerius (Wassenaar); and his brother-in-law William Feikema. He is survived by: his wife Lenore Elaine De Wit of Orange City; his children, Waverly Jongerius of Hull, Julie (Tom Koopman) of Orange City and Craig (Nikki Jongerius) of Sheldon; his grandchildren, Adri (Keith Huls) of Urbandale, Heather (Jason Dreckman) of Le Mars, Andrew Henrich (Leah) of Rochester, Minnesota, Jack Jongerius of Sheldon, Caleb Lambertus of Sheldon, Averie Lambertus of Sheldon, Christian Jongerius of Sheldon, Brylee Lambertus of Sheldon and Maxwell Jongerius of Sheldon; and his siblings, Alice Feikema of Rock Rapids, Lloyd (Sharon Jongerius) and Glen (Shirley Jongerius). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
