He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hartog and Ann Den Hartog (DeBoer). He is survived by: his wife Audrey (Bomgaars); his children, Brian (Laurie), Mark and Deborah Frack; his great grandchild Ezra Den Hartog; his stepgranddaughter Taylor; and his siblings, John Junior (Ann) and Wanda (Bill).
