She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gerrit and Sena Vreeman (Rensink); her husband Harvey John De Boer; her brothers, Gerrit Vreeman, Howard Vreeman and Kenneth Vreeman (Trudy); and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Peters, Cliff De Boer (Bernice) and Henry Van Der Linden.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Drost of Sheldon, IA, Paula (Martin Top) of Alton, IA, Harlan De Boer (Michele) of Pella, Denise Tifft of Sioux Falls, SD, James De Boer (Shelly) of Yankton, SD and Darrell De Boer (Jody) of Smithville, MO; her sisters, Christine Peters of Sheldon, IA and Marlene Bowers (Julius Damstra) of Rock Rapids, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Ruby Janssen of Sibley, IA, Linda Van, Hul of Sheldon, IA, Lucille Van Der Linden of Luverne, MN and James (Bernice De Boer) of Orange City, IA.. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
