She is survived by: her daughter Ashley De Boer; her father Jim De Boer of Orange City; and her brothers, Dave De Boer of Wichita Falls, Texas, Gary De Boer (Tabitha) of Longview, Texas and Jeffrey De Boer (Kathy) of Sioux City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorials will be given to the Orange City Area Home Health and Hospice.
