She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Allen and Louise Comer (Nicholson); her granddaughter Maddie Sanson; her sister Audrey (Sam Lewellen); and her siblings-in-law, Eugene Sparks and Marilyn Comer.

She is survived by: her husband Ron of Orange City; her children, Lynn (Karen Sanson), Larry Sanson (Aftin Hulshof), Barb Sanson (Christian) and Stentzsch of Gardena, California; her grandchildren, Tobin Sanson (Autym), Torrey Sanson, Trevor Sanson, Isaiah Hulshof, Ezra Hulshof, Makaiya (Stentzsch) and Keona (Stentzsch); her great grandchild Josiah Brands-Sanson; and her siblings, Pauline Sparks of Dixon, California and Alan (Becky Comer) of Bedford, Iowa..
