She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilt and Eva Vander Wilt (Van Oort); her husband William "Bill" Boote; her brother Gary (Eunice Vander Wilt); her brother-in-law Bob La Point; her brother Don (Rie Boote); and also, William and Marie Boote (Juffer).

She is survived by: her family Middleburg; her sons, David and Karmin Boote of Marion; her grandchildren, Breanna Boote of Saint Louis, Emma and Joey Ness of Cedar Rapids; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Anika; her grandchildren, Steve and Lori Boote of Sioux Falls; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Tommy Clark of Nashville, Josh, Molly Kruger of Sioux Falls, Kassidy and Nick Bruhn of Omaha, Nebraska; her family, Deb, Shane Walter of Orange City, Jack Walter of Sioux Falls, Sarah Walter of Dallas and Josh Walter of Sioux Falls; her sisters, Marvella (Jim Van Klompenburg) of Sioux City and Hermina La Point of Fort Collins, Colorado; her sister-in-law Muriel Vander Wilt of Sheldon; and also, Kendall, Ali, Joey, Garrett and Amanda Walter of Kearney.
