She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hubner and Elsie Hubner (Martensen); her husband James "Jim" Collins; her sister Evelyn; her grandson James Baty Collins; and her son-in-law John "Jack" McGarry.
She is survived by: her children, William Collins (Jane) of Waukon, Scott Collins (Nancy) of Wyoming, Douglas Collins (Amy) of Mount Vernon and Wendy Jacobsen (Dan) of Eldridge; and her sister Phyllis Kirk (Charlie) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
