It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Dianne Foulks of Onslow, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Carr and Mary Carr (Ralston); her husband James William Foulks; and her siblings, Doug, Dale, Ronnie, Thomas, Jim, Jack, Jane, Marilee, Karen, Lois, Linda and Cathy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Besler (Mac) of Central City, IA, Dianne Rivas (Brandon) of Marion, IA and Linda Windschitl (Adam) of Missouri Valley, IA.; her grandchildren, Avary, Emery, Dante, Darius, Isabella, Caitlin and Audrey; and her siblings, Edward Carr (Nancy) of Koloa, HI, Allan Carr (Carol) of Monmouth, IA, Dixie Bruns of Monmouth, IA and Carla Clark (Donald) of Monmouth, IA..
