He is survived by: his wife Karen King of Onawa, Iowa; and his siblings, Pam Vail of Loveland, Lyle "Butch" King of Onawa, Lila Heilman of Onawa and Elizabeth "Liz" King of Whiting, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
