She was predeceased by: her parents, William Strong and Ethel Strong (Karr); her daughter Carol Anne Matkosky; her siblings, Margaret Watts, Beverly Murphy, Richard Strong, Wilma Bothwell and Charlotte Strong; and her great grandchild Nevaeh Matkosky.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Matkosky (Kathryn) and Gary Matkosky (Jodi); her grandchildren, Heather Autenrieth (Andy), Sean Matkosky, Connor Matkosky, Nathaniel Matkosky, Joshua Matkosky (Michelle), Matthew Matkosky (Amanda), Samuel Matkosky (Melissa), Zachary Matkosky, Caleb Matkosky, Victoria Cronhardt (Chad), Elizabeth Matkosky, Rebekka Ciresi (Dan), Joseph Matkosky and Seth Matkosky; her great grandchildren, William Butkus, Marshall Butkus, Kalium Matkosky, Weston Matkosky, Genevieve Matkosky, Colton Matkosky and Lillianna Matkosky; and her brother Raymond Strong.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Goslar Funeral Home Chapel (1629 10th St, Onawa, IA 51040).
