She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Borgman and Ella Borgman (Kruizenga); her husband Orval Claus; and her siblings, Evelyn Luchtenburg (Adolph), Elmer Borgman (Geraldine), Alfred Borgman (Vincie), Harriet Meerdink (Wilbur) and Esther Mae Hennamen Hartig.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ketelsen (Kevin) of Waukee, Iowa and Barry Claus (Suzanne) of Salix, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Becky Popp (Jim) of Waukee, Ken Ketelsen (Natalie) of Des Moines, Renae Lindsey (Jeff) of Waukee, Mitch Claus (Alisha) of Sioux City and Beth Blankenburg (Kyle) of Sioux City, Iowa. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
