He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bellis and Etheleen Bellis (Meadows); his brother Gary Bellis; his parents-in-law, Clyde and Margaret Bean; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Bean, Robert Bean and Carol Bean.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Bellis of Onawa, Iowa; his children, Kim Gray (Jeff) of Winterset and Jeremy Bellis (Emily) of Onawa, Iowa; his grandchildren, JJ Gray (Kyndra Sorensen), Kelsey Gray (Cody Stukenholtz), Kali Gray, Andelin Bellis, Laken Bellis and Brynn Bellis; his great grandchildren, Callen Gray, Tryce Gray, Wesley Gray and Kyra Stukenholtz; his siblings, Irene Mings (Kenny) and Tony Bellis (Dixie); his siblings-in-law, Mary Bellis, Judy Clift (Ed), Ruth Meadows (Roger), Neva Bean, Dale Bean and Gary Bean (Janie); and his extended family Jeff Sander (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; along with many other family members and dear friends.
