He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur John and Hattie Ella Eyberg (Guttau); his parents-in-law, Edwin and Hazel Benetti; his siblings, Dorothy Bane, Verneta Liddell and Dean Eyberg; his grandson Terry Wenninghoff; and his son-in-law Richard Devereaux.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Cindy McDonald (Bob) of Underwood, Michael Eyberg of Council Bluffs, Chris Eyberg of Mondamin, Susan Devereaux of McClelland, Iowa and Peggy Eyberg of Mondamin, Iowa; his sister Wanda Denton of Council Bluffs; and his sister-in-law Beverly Eyberg of Coppell, Texas.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
