He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Gina) of Blencoe, Iowa, Jason (Randi) of Sioux City, Iowa and Nicholas of Omaha, Nebraska; and his siblings, Darlene Middleton of Louisville, Nebraska, David (Arnie) of Ralston, Nebraska, Donna (Andy) of Omaha, Nebraska and Betty (Michael) of Valley, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
