He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Parsons and Nellie Parsons (Mansir); his wife Sandra Parsons; his children, Debra "Debbie" Dawn and Thomas Parsons; his stepdaughter Patricia Allen; his stepdaughter-in-law LeAnn McClure; and his siblings, Emma, Joy, Dave, Kenny and Thomas.
He is survived by: his son Jeff W. Parsons of Colorado; his sister Nellie "Peach" Schleigher of Colorado; his stepsons, Robert McClure of Onawa and Edward McClure of Onawa; and also Darrell Allen of Mapleton, Iowa. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
