He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Yanak and Pauline Yanak (Green); his brother Mitch Yanak; and his in-law Irene Riley (Winneke). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Yanak of Onawa, Iowa; his son Ruben Yanak (Sandy) of Blair, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Riley Yanak and Brennan Yanak; his brother Jeff Yanak (Denise) of Onawa, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Theresa Yanak of Onawa, Iowa. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
