He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Gualazzi and Rose Gualazzi (Paris); his wife Norma Ann Gualazzi; his siblings, Nick Gualazzi, Junior Gualazzi and Barbara Gualazzi; and his daughters, Debra Sue Gualazzi and Denise Dawn Gualazzi.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Allen (Steve) of Onawa, Rose O'Neill of Sioux City, Brenda Simpson (Steve) of Onawa, David, Jr. Gualazzi (Kim) of Onawa, Donna Messerole (Todd) of Onawa and Dean Gualazzi (Chris) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his grandchildren, Cari Gualazzi, Sara Keenan (Will), Grace Allen, Brandon Smith (Tessa), Dusty Smith (Katie), Ben O'Neill (Jazmine), Molly O'Neill, Tony Kriege (Leslie), Abby Lilly (Kyle), David III, Austin Gualazzi, Amanda Maynard (Tyler), Hannah Messerole, Jordan Gualazzi, Joseph Gualazzi, Ava Gualazzi, Lenaya Gualazzi and Maia Gualazzi. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
