He is survived by: his wife Elaine Roop; his grandchildren, Blair Edwards (Phillip) of Ottumwa, Lucas Blair (Adreana) of Mt. Pleasant and Taylor Blair of Clinton; his great grandchildren, Keith Blair, Savannah Travis, Maggie Edwards, TaLeah Garrett and Tiahna Garrett; and his sisters-in-law, Marty Fritchen, Barb Peterson and Julie Bailey.
