Janice McCrea Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 94, Janice McCrea of Olin, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

We are sorry for these times of COVID and how it has changed the shape of our precious gatherings, but along with the health and safety of everyone present, our main concern is serving Janice's family and facilitating their ability to grieve, without added stress or worry. Family and Fry Funeral Home respectfully ask that attendees follow four guidelines during Janice's graveside service: 1) All attendees wear masks, 2) Groups that arrive together, stay together 3) Keep a 6 foot spacing 4) Avoid hugs and handshakes.

In lieu of flowers, and in Janice's memory, a memorial fund has been established for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital, Iowa City, IA.
