He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Gottschalk and Ann Gottschalk (Lund); his wife Deanna Peckosh of Olin; his children, Deb Bisinger (Jim) of Monmouth, Dawn Gottschalk of Winter Haven and Dan Gottschalk (Kelly Lange) of Sanborn; his grandchildren, Camisha Gottschalk, Khadijah Johnson, Caitlin Denger (Nate), Kayla Bisinger, Fisher Bisinger (Aubree Driscoll), Henry Gottschalk and Atlee Gottschalk; his great grandchildren, Immanuel Gottschalk, Janiya, Kyla Delarm, Addie and Carson Denger; and his siblings, Phyllis St. John of Stanwood, Dennis Gottschalk (Elaine) of Cave City, Dwight of Lowden and Steve Gottschalk of Lowden.
