He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hay and Marguerite Hay (Moreland); and his sister Marilyn Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Caryl Fay Taylor; his children, Cindy Meyer of Stanwood and Glenn Hay (Lisa) of Lowden; his granddaughter Alyssa (Mike); his children, Lucas, Ryan, Jordan Hay (Kara), Krista Meyer, Jacob Hay (Madeline) and Emily Hay; and his brother Curtis Wigger (Mary) of Nashville, Tennessee..
