He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tyrrell and Lilly Tyrrell (Schulze); his siblings, Delores, Karen and Ron; and his brothers-in-law, Randy and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Tyrrell of Okoboji, IA; his children, Annette Zebedee (Tom) of Jackson, MN, Ken Tyrrell (Tami) of Spirit Lake, IA and Tina Zebedee (Bruce) of Estherville, IA; his grandchildren, Nolan Zebedee (Samantha), Derek Zebedee, Tyler Zebedee, Matthew Zebedee (Jessica), Kelly Grems (Kyle), Nathan Zebedee (Brialyn) and Trevar Tyrrell (Nicole); his sister Kay Tyrrell (Connie Tyrrell) of Schaller, IA; and his brother-in-law Neal Fladeland of Ft Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the Sonstegard-Tyrrell Scholarship Foundation.
