He is survived by: his parents, Troy Swigert of Ogden and Amy Swigert of Ames; his brother Jackson Swigert of Ogden; his grandparents, George and Marg Swigert of Ogden; his uncle Tim Swigert; his cousins, Haley and Sarah Swigert; his uncle Chris Fleck (Therese) of Minneapolis, MN; his aunts, Kathleen Tennison of Houston, TX, Stacy Gibbins of Storm Lake, IA and Sheilah Lizer (Joel) of Des Moines; and his cousins, Luke Fleck, Lydia Fleck, Mary Catherine Tennison, Blake Gibbins, Tyler Lizer, Jade Lutyens (Tyler), Joelle Lizer and Jay Lizer.
