He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Bice and Zilpha Hammon Bice; his wife Helen Jean Hansen; his brother Harry "Bud"; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Bice (Lorene), Keith Staker and Carolyn Bice.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carme Staker, Richard Bice and David Bice (Mary); his daughters, Karla Bice, Karol Godwin (Gary) and Karen Sackett (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Connor Sackett (Emily Pace), Lucas Godwin, Hannah Sackett, Lindsey Godwin, Logan Godwin, Markus, Colin, Samuel and Daniel Murdy.
