She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Ferrell and Esther Ferrell; her husband Jack Blevins; her sister Mary Louise Wyckoff; her stepson Rick Blevins; her great grandchild Arlo Smith; and her brother Clifford Ferrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Van Sickle (Mike) of Letts, Lisa Bohm (Matt) of Topeka and Mindy Wagner (Mike) of Ogden; her stepsons, Greg Blevins (Patty) of Phillips and Brett Blevins of Witchita; her sister-in-law Karen Ferrell; and her siblings, Shirley Azar, Al Ferrell (Barb), Bernard Ferrell (Sylvia) and David Ferrell (Debbie). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
