He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodworth Maverish and Bernetta Catherine Judd (Andresen); his son Michael David Judd; his daughter-in-law Mary Ann Judd; his brother Jerald "Jerry" Judd; and his half-siblings, Eleanor Winters, Kay Booth and Carroll "Bud" Judd.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Judd of Oelwein; his children, William E. "Bill" Judd, Jr. of Center Point, IA, Philip Judd (Alissa) of Clinton, Patrick Judd of North Liberty, IA and Meggan Judd of Clinton, IA; his grandchildren, Jonathan Judd (Chelsea) of Rowley, IA, Jessica Judd of Clinton, Haleigh Parr of Clinton, Michael Judd of Clinton, Alexander Judd of Clinton, Carter Cant of Clinton and Eric Zafft of Decorah, IA; his great grandchildren, Lillee, Zeke Cass of Clinton and Ian William Judd; his brothers, Tom Judd (Linda) of Clinton and Robert Judd (Jo) of Iowa City; his sister-in-law Karen Judd of Clinton; and his half-sister Leona Schmidt of Morrison, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
