She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark B. Smith, Sr. and Helen Marcella Smith (Hanley); her husband Percy Logan; and her brothers, Mark Jr., Paul, Ronnie, Victor, Patrick, Jim, Tim and Mike.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Allen (Joanne) of Texas, John Allen of Phoenix, Michael Allen (Jeanie) of Texas, Jim Allen of Iowa and Deborah Dundee (Leroy) of Clarence; and her siblings, Leonard Smith of Dysart, Peggy Ehrke of Marion, Deborah Ford of Oelwein and Kathy Roosa of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
