He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kuennen and Frances Kuennen (Reicks); his wife Floraine Shirley Adams; his daughters, Barbara Lynn, Melissa Ann and Kathleen Michelle; and his siblings, Herbert, Adolph, Irenus "Rene", Luke, Alice, Alvera, Kathryn and Agnes.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Kuennen (LuAnn) of Palo, Mark Kuennen (Lavell) of Fayette and Joanne Ebert (Greg) of Maynard; and his sister-in-law Marge Kuennen of Oelwein. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren.
