With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Butters of Oelwein, Iowa, born in Randalia, Iowa, who passed away on September 19, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Potter and Nora Potter (Fox); her husband Charles "Ted" Butters; her son Mike Butters; her stepgrandson Bryan Schulmeister; and her brothers, Leroy Potter, Bill Potter and Nolan Potter.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Butters (Lanette) of Fayette, Susan Rau (Dave) of Marion and Sandy Schulmeister (Mike) of Oelwein; and her siblings, Orion Zirtzman of Cedar Rapids, Delbert Potter (Linda) of Oelwein and Daryl Potter (Frances) of Oelwein. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and one step-grandson; her thirteen great-grandchildren and two step-grandsons.
