She is survived by: her former husband Duane Eldon Mullinex; her children, Eric Michael Mullinex (Jessica) of Cedar Rapids and Stacey Lynn Mullinex (David Coffelt, Jr.) of Oelwein; her siblings, Patricia Ann Shimp of Cedar Falls and Ronald Johnson (Carol) of Dysart; and her nieces and nephews, Cristan Johnson, Lori Weber (Steve), Michael Clabaugh (Robert Lehr), David Johnson and Jason Johnson. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
