She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Wilson Bird; her brother LeRoy "Ike" Luloff; and her pet Shirley B. She is survived by: her children, Renee Cantrell (Lonnie) of Oelwein, Gordon (Cheryl) of Apple Valley and David Bird (Terri) of Bossier City, Louisiana.; her great grandchild Brian (Christie, family: Annalee, Everett, Devin Bird); her granddaughter Lindsay Bird of Hudson, Wisconsin; her family Brandon Bird (Jane, family: Julianne, Lily, Genevieve, Brenton Bird); her stepgrandsons, Randall Cantrell of Oelwein and Jay Cantrell (Kelly) of Kansas City, Missouri.; her daughter-in-law Beth Bird of Edina, Minnesota.; her brothers, Paul Luloff (Pat) of Burlington and Mark Luloff (May Kay) of Winthrop; her siblings-in-law, Kazuko Bird of Oelwein, Roger Bird of Urbandale and John Napoli of Columbus, Ohio.; and also Dean of Bossier City, Louisiana.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Rosie spent many years as an RSVP volunteer helping children at Wings Park School.
Memorials may be directed in her name to the Otter Creek Animal Shelter in Hazleton or Cedar Valley Hospice.
