He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Rush (Marcia) of Waukon, IA, Dick Rush (Deb) of Buffalo, NY, Hoover of Oelwein, IA, Don Rush of Carrolton, IL, Barb Lewey (Clark) of Decorah, IA and Mari Mellick (Todd) of Hastings, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; a great-great-nephew due in October; and many friends.
