He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Falck and Inabel Falck (Griffin); his stepmother Beulah Falck; and his sisters, Barbara Falck and Janet Freeman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Falck of Des Moines and Jodi Muller (Brian) of Manchester; his brother-in-law Dan Freeman of Independence; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Thorson (Colin), Zach Muller (Breanna Recker), Kaylee Muller and Jacob Freeman; his great-nephews, Clay and Beau Thorson; his caregiver Lila Rohrick; and his pet Smokey. He is also survived by several aunts and an uncle; many cousins.
