She was predeceased by: her brother Daniel Welsh; and her father-in-law Richard "Dick" Egan (Betty Ann). She is survived by: her daughter Genevieve Phyllis Damon (Tatro); her husband James Egan of Oelwein; her mother Genevieve Damon of Oelwein; her brothers, Dennis Welsh (Ann) of Independence and Donald Welsh of Oelwein; and her close friend Janet Ladeburg of Oelwein. She is also survived by 1 Niece; 2 Nephews; 3 Great Nephews.
