She was predeceased by: her mother Kathie Waite (Latham); and her mother-in-law Betty Bass. She is survived by: her father Greg Waite; her husband Jerry; her children, Derek Waite of Marion, Abbie Bass of Oelwein and Brian Bass of Oelwein; her siblings, Jody Westendorf of Oelwein, Jamie Westendorf of Oelwein, Jennifer Westendorf of Oelwein and Tessa Berry (Ashley) of Marion; and her granddaughter Nevaeh Bass. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
