He is survived by: his wife Christine Ann Maire; his children, Dustin Havlin (Sarah) of Tea, SD, Casey Dunne (Tona) of Hazleton, Ted Lauth, Jr. (Chantele) of Oelwein, Amy Tellin (Brian) of Oelwein and Michael L. Dunne of California; and his grandchildren, Maddie (Joel Havlin), Brodie (Ryder Herriage), Hayden (T. J. Lauth), Karsyn Thompson, Talan Maire and Jaxton (Amity Dunne).
