With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Thoms of Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fritz and Lulu Fritz (Lorenzen); her granddaughter April Lynn Thoms; her great grandchild Amelia Schwickerath; and her brother Ronald Fritz.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Thoms of West Union; her sons, Jeff Thoms (Sue) of Fayette and Jon Thoms (Peggy) of Bellevue; her grandchildren, Emily Schwickerath (Josh), Tyler Thoms (Lauren), Laura Meinert (Joey), Hanna Conger (Trenton) and Derek Thoms (Vanessa); and her great grandchildren, Paxton Thoms, Charlie Schwickerath, Scarlett Schwickerath, Beau Conger, Sutton Thoms, Magnolia Schwickerath and Britlyn Conger.
