She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Henry and Evelyn Marie Westendorf (Loveland); her husband Frank Leonard Tafolla; her grandson Joseph Tafolla; her siblings, Debra Thorn (Howard) and Steven Westendorf; her niece Samantha Westendorf; her aunts, Margaret Loveland, Gloria Ohl (Jigs) and Olive Loveland; her uncle Buck Loveland; and her siblings-in-law, Nabor, Clement, John Tafolla and Sylvia Tafolla.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Tafolla of Oelwein, Rodney Tafolla of Oelwein, Tricia Loomis, Jr. (Gene) of Oelwein and Frankie Tafolla (Amanda) of Nixa, Missouri; her grandchildren, Corianne Villa, Mitch Tafolla (Rachel), Taalor Tafolla (Garrett VanderWerf), Megan Tafolla and Matayo Tafolla (Lily Mata); her great grandchildren, Cael, Grayson, Harper, Kynsley, Jack and Scottie; her siblings, Mike Westendorf (Nancy) of Raleigh, Jeffrey Westendorf of Cridersville, Pamela Haun (Loren) of Oelwein, Julie Johnson (Bruce) of Oelwein, Richard Westendorf of Springdale, James Westendorf of Gravette, Tim Westendorf of Oelwein, Chris Westendorf of Oelwein and Kristy Heidt (David) of Oelwein; her siblings-in-law, Jim Tafolla of Oelwein and Ernestine Vance of Hazleton; and her nieces and nephews, Marty Villa and Shelly Tafolla.
