He is survived by: his wife Fran Recker of Oelwein; his sons, Jim Recker (Deb) of Oelwein, Tim Recker (Darla) of Arlington, John Recker (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids and Vince Recker (Shelly) of Valparaiso, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ashley Lawson (Joe), Chelsey Malone (Keth), Jordan Recker (Rachel), Kenndon Recker, Megghan Recker, Madison Recker, Malorei Recker, Noah Recker (Delaney), Jack Recker, Andrew Recker and Lillie Recker; and his siblings, Dale Recker (Judy) of Arlington, Larry Recker of Oelwein, Mary Ann Ryan of Britt, IA and Sharon Woods (John) of Fairbank. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings and the recent surge in the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing will be required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask.
