She was predeceased by: her parents, Oran Rogers and Wilma Rogers (Parker); and her former husband Martin Culbert. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Barker; her children, Victor Culbert of Oelwein, Roger Culbert (Danielle) of Hawkeye, Andrew Culbert of Oelwein, Brandon Culbert (Justina) of Hawkeye and Samatha Culbert of Oelwein; and her stepchildren, Kenneth Shane Barker, Sara Groomes (Jason) and Jeff Barker. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters.
