It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lisa Roberts (Oelwein, Iowa), who passed away at the age of 60, on October 7, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Nielsen of Oelwein; her parents-in-law, Dale Roberts of Fayette and Gerri Roberts of Fayette; and her brother-in-law Doug Mochal of Hazleton. She is survived by: her husband Randall Roberts of Fayette; her children, Justin Roberts of Cedar Rapids and Amber Chopard (Sean) of Fayette; her grandchildren, Alyssa and Braydan Kleinlein; her stepgrandchildren, Aiden, Adlei and Alexa Chopard; her mother Carol Nielsen of Oelwein; her siblings, Kelli Mochal of Hazleton, Angie Nielsen of Oelwein, Beth Nielsen of Oelwein, Kim Nielsen of Oelwein, Shawn Nielsen of Oelwein and Gary Nielsen of New York; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Siviter (Art) of Hiawatha and Connie Meyer (Larry) of Strawberry Point. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the West Union Events Center.
Lisa gave as generously in death, as she did in life, by donating through the Iowa Donor Network. Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
