He is survived by: his wife Teresa Smith; his children, Red, Michael Miculinich (Jennifer) of Decorah, Matt Miculinich (Melissa) of Oelwein and Melinda Meirick (Roger) of Waterloo; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Bailey, Morgan, Brayden and Masin.
