She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic F. Pirillo and Virginia Mae Pirillo (Gushee); and her brother Dominic A. Pirillo, Jr.. She is survived by: her former husband Steven Euans; her husband Michael Forbes of Oelwein; her sons, Coby Euans of Williamsburg and Chaz Euans of Oelwein; and her siblings, Toni Pirillo of Oelwein, Teresa Buckman (Tim) of Oelwein, Mario Pirillo of Oelwein, Rico Pirillo (Charlene) of Oelwein, Dion Pirillo of Oelwein and Many Cousins. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
